Highlands Presbytery is a regional association of churches in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). It is made up of churches from western North Carolina (west of and including Watagua, Caldwell, Burke, and Rutherford County) and Cocke County, Tennessee. This includes Asheville, Boone, Morganton, Hendersonville, and Waynesville, NC, as well as Elizabethton, TN.
